jus keep doing it youll keep it. explaining how to rearrange pieces in text will probably just confse you more. try to pay attention what happens as a result when you move one piece what it does to the ocation of the others

try to line the pieces up so they just slot togther if that makes sense

I find with the easy puzzle starting at the top and working my way down works.
With the hard puzzle I start with the Bimbo on the left, arranging her head first and again working my way down.
Hope that makes sense

I do it the exact same way every day and always solve it quickly. I will try to explain how to do it... let me know if you have any questions.
Do the top row first. First, get the top left corner piece in place. Don't worry about where the other pieces get moved to, they will have their turn. Then, get the top middle piece in place (again, don't worry about the other piece for now). Then, what you want to do is get the top right corner piece in the space below where it will go -- this is the key to solving the puzzle. Then, move the blank spot so it is below the top left corner piece. Slide the top left corner piece down, then slide the top middle piece left. Now, work the pieces on the right around so that the right corner is in place, and the blank spot is below it. Move the other piece and the piece below it out of the way, then slide the top middle and top left corner pieces back in place.
Do the same thing with the middle row. Just make sure that you get the left and middle in place with the right one below its proper space, then shift the left and middle over and work things around the same way.
When you are doing the second row, notice the two pieces that go on the bottom row. When you shift the pieces around to get the middle right piece in place, make sure you get the middle bottom piece over to the bottom right, and then drop the bottom left piece down and move into place. Ta da, you win!
It's posible that you might get into a situation different than the one I described above, but if you follow these steps I think you will solve it pretty easily. Just let me know if something seems different, though, and I'll try to help!

yes, that's what I do, and I start from the top and work my way down, since the empty piece goes at the bottom.

With the easy puzzle i do the top line first, then i organize the left line and then everything usually falls into place.
With the hard puzzle i firstly do the heads (Yes, both heads), and then i do the left bimbo, then i do the right bimbo (The right bimbo is missing one piece so you dont want to do her first
)

It's pretty much the same method as already described, but Mitsuru gave an explanation here with little pictures which made it much clearer for me!
